Make Me Talk was stated by Schools on Target and Texas School Guardian program founder Jeff Sellers and his wife Terri Sellers.


Our work at Schools on Target over the past 20 years has exposed us to active shooters prevention, identification and mitigation of these events. We have a desire to reach deeper with kids, young adults and parents.



Behind the scenes



Jeff Sellers



CEO & Co-Founder



Jeff is a Native Texan, born in Houston. His family moved to Round Rock in 1976 where he attended school. Jeff's experience includes NASA Systems Engineer, Creator of the School Guardian Program, and founder of Schools on Target. Jeff is a licensed firearms instructor and private investigator with experience in executive protection, safety & security consulting. Jeff served on a special security unit for Gov. Abbott and has a long list of certifications in emergency management and safety & security. Jeff is a professional consultant credentialed through the Texas School Safety Center.



Terri Sellers



Student Services Director &
Co-Founder



Terri grew up in Colorado and earned her BA and MA in Communications from Baylor. "Go Bears". Terri was a media liaison for the US Army and a classroom teacher at the public, private and college level for 20 years.


Terri is also a safety & security consultant and trainer.
