When I was I was a teenager I suffered from depression. I could not see the point of school and I was a dreamer, a thinker beyond my age in life. I felt like I had no direction. I had great parents and I talked to them about how I felt. Most of the time I discounted what they said. They told me that I had my entire life ahead of me and I have only experienced a small period of life and that I needed to set goals and stick with school to enable me to move on.
I found some hobbies and ways to make money to buy a car. My brother and I started mowing lawns and doing DJ gigs for local school dances. I also got into boy scouts and later in high school I did Junior ROTC. My first car was a 1977 Ford Cobra II Mustang. I really go into cars after buying my first car. I really enjoyed working on them and these days I restore them as a hobby.
How you feel can be associated with may factors. Understanding your body is the first key to helping you feel better. Our bodies rely on chemicals or hormones to operate our different systems. These hormones can be thrown off for many reasons, one of which is the body changes during puberty. Others include possible chemical imbalances. A doctor may want you to try medications but they have side effects.
Here is my menu for feeling better for everybody.
Let's look at some reasons you may feel anxiety or depression.
